Terms and Conditions

Floral Creations reserves the right to amend, withdraw, cancel, alter or amalgamate any or part of the programmes, locations, facilities and costs at any time. Flowers may also be substituted due to seasonal and importation costs and availability.

Should circumstances beyond direct control of the provider interfere with it's ability to provide educational services, programmes and facilities. Floral Creations undertakes to use all reasonable steps to minimise the resultant disruption to those services, programmes and facilities. There are also limited spaces on some courses.

All courses run subject to enrolment of minimum numbers. Maximum limits may also apply. Courses may become full before our main enrolment dates, therefore early booking is advised.

Please note that on some courses there may be variable additional costs, for example; for tools, materials or personal equipment.

Refunds are only given due to third party (venues/partners) cancellation of venue dates/times of workshops or courses, or cancellation due to government Covid guidelines. In the case that a course is cancelled due to government guidelines, then the course will be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits are taken to secure limited allocated spaces within each venue, which are to be paid for prior to the course starting. Refunds of deposits will not be given due to any personal reason that the learner is unable to attend a class, workshop or course on any given date. Flower deposits are also required prior to the dates allocated, payable a week in advance (as imported from wholesaler/Dutch flower supplier, and ordered in advance). Deposits are non-refundable to ensure that the courses and flowers are fully secured, and courses are viable to run.
